The Pentagon can't afford that sophisticated equipment since it is paying Halliburton 5x or 10x what they should be getting for services. Billions of dollars are being robbed by the Cheney profiteers and billions more are getting into the hands of the enemy. We are fueling our own enemy as we speak because of the Bush ineptitude.
