They will have evolved ways of paying bribes that pass muster by US authorities, like operating fee, conveyance fee, fee for this, that, etc, with a receipt. A sort of documented slush fund so that it looks OK from the USA end, and pays bribes at the Indo end. The ultimate money laundering snake, eats in the USA and disposes in INDO. It is possible for money flows from sale of gold/copper to be placed in an Indo account for Indo uses that will not show up at USA end and as long as it is for company uses, and no personal enrichement
who cares. We have taxes galore, they have bribes galore.
