Hi Jeff,

You said:

>> Ken, I should think that DVD and Jaz are highly complementary. Jaz drives, stacked
as a RAID (Random Array of Inexpensive Disks - or something like that), as well as
high density hard drives stacked as a RAID are being used used now in the movie
industry to store movies as digital.

You are exactly correct. I'll just extend that point by saying that
Jaz is a point product, used for very specific applications.
Those that think that 'Jaz will take over the world' are sadly mistaken.
The high end mass market will be DVD.. Jaz does fill a market niche.. but how big
is this niche?

And again, I pose the question... Where is the revenue contibution
from Jaz?? Q2 should have been a full Jaz quarter along with Q3.. Q3 has
lower revenue estimates than Q2.. If Jaz is contributing, what is happening
to ZIP demand? remember:

Q1 = ZIP + no Jazz = revs of 243 million

Q2 = ZIP + Jaz = revs of ~290 million

Q3 = ZIP + JAZ = ~253 million revenue.

Q3 ~= Q1, and Q3 has Jaz revenue!

I don't think this product is taking off in the short term...
