S100: Chuckle. Those who know about "projections" know their weakness. Past does not predict future. This is absurd on its face. We have announcements that China will adopt CDMA One (IS 95), yet that is completely absent from the FT "projections" Suggest that no one take these "projections" seriously, except to see that they have the sad problem of not seeing ahead - yet that is the joke - that is what they pretend.
