Oh Brent, still taking that narrow and unprofitable view, I see.

From Robert Seidman, a fairly perceptive commentator on online businesses, and someone who has been quite brutal in his assessment of AOL when they deserve it:

Just ask anyone if they remember that "great" CompuServe ad from the Super Bowl a year ago that hit AOL about its busy signals.
