Greenspan Speaks : In the testimony Q&A, Greenspan says that Q1 growth will be close to zero and that there has been a dramatic economic slowdown; this is a mixed bag for investors as it reaffirms the seriousness of the downturn, but it does argue for a 50 bp rate cut next week.
