I thought you didn't like government regulation of business.
Or maybe, you like government regulation of business when it harms people you don't like but it is otherwise bad. Is that the way you see it? Why do you want government to regulate lawyers fees but you don't want government to fix prices for other businesses. Another question - If government sets the fees, should that be done before the work is done or after the work is done. If the fees are set before the work is done, the lawyer gets a chance to decline the work.
