I may be off base, but isn't the SAP/Intel J.V., Pandesic (sp?) essentially the same thing, maybe on a higher level with more of a total enterprise focus?

Two questions: 1) Would they want to contribute to a company that was in competition to their current JV; 2) Does anyone have a feel for the success of the SAP/Intel JV (revenue & profit)?
