Joe, this stock, ECCC - Electric City, might be too thinly traded to appeal to you, but it is worth taking a quick look. If their product is for real and rumors of major metropolitan purchases and power companies pan out, this sucker will fly. They are just now coming off the pink sheets.
The product is an electrical regulator that lowers the juice required for streetlights, parking lots, factories,etc. I contacted a user, Frito-Lay, of the machine and he raved about it. The city of Chicago has at least five units in test for the last six months. Hmmmm, energy saver, rising oil prices, sounds good to me.
