To keep Pennsylvania's families stable and able to pay their basic household bills, I told reporters today that the budget I will propose tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. will propose the immediate enactment of "Protecting Our Progress" tax rebates, a one-time rebate of up to $400 per household that would be paid to more than 475,000 of the commonwealth's lower-income working families
