Carl, if there is any doubt about their plan to move from OTC:BB to NASDAQ, here's an excerpt from the FAQ on their IR website "Q: Are there any audited financial statements from NetNation? A: NetNation's 1997 and 1998 financial reports have been audited by KPMG. A copy of the report is available on NetNation's website in Adobe PDF format. Q: Are there plans to move to a different exchange? A: NetNation plans to move to "NASDAQ Small-Cap" as soon as possible.
