Regarding the reverse split... I believe that the proposals put forth at the recent shareholder's meeting are all geared to giving management alternatives for action next year. The reverse split may or may not be implemented. Bear in mind that C Walker's background and expertise is in investment banking and finance, although she's very familiar with high-tech. This experience is perfect for the times, since right now there's so many smaller edutainment companies being acquired by the industry biggies. Also, now that she's added to the content and sales channel side with experienced leaders I'm expecting a lot of positive activity next year.
