Comtex Information Systems teams with Accelr8 Technology to help VAX users with year 2000 rollover
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 1997--Comtex Information Systems, a leading information technology and enterprise services firm, has entered into a partnership with Accelr8 Technology Corporation to help Digital VAX users reset their information systems for the year 2000.
Along with the Comtex Delta 2000 Solution, the two companies will employ the NAVIG8-2000, Accelr8's year 2000 impact analysis toolset, to identify millennium date change requirements.

The NAVIG8-2000 system provides an automated and comprehensive means of scanning and identifying millennium date requirements and helps document the conversion requirements and costs associated with the date change. After providing VAX users with initial inventory and impact analyses, the companies will undertake remedial steps and acceptance testing to ensure that all date-related material has been modified.
