My take is that they are in what has become a "commodity" business where price is the controlling factor. I don't see where they would be a takeover candidate. Heck, no matter what, the company will produce fat paychecks for Floyd and the gang year after year. There is no real motive for them to do anything but what they are now doing. They are not in possession of any cutting edge technology (or anything else for that matter) that would attract a change in the status quo.
