MICHAEL.....my biggest concern is the digestion of xyplex.......with the 10k out...I'm more worried........Noam said in the conference call that the acquisition should be acretive by the 2nd quarter.........BUT>>>>>>the one time write off WHICH is COMING could cause this stock to fall write back to 23.....anyone have any idea on how much of a write off mrvc will take.......My guess is close to 6 million...............Will try to call edmund or Noam today?.....cmg
