I don't think you will see much. Its in the early stages. What I found interesting is that Bayou Bienvenue used to have houseboats and fishing possibilities.....it was a community unto itself. All that was lost when saltwater started seeping from the levees. And yet, people let it happen. It goes to show you if THE PEOPLE don't stop it, then the worst will happen. I really like the new spirit in NOLA. Maybe Katrina wasn't such a bad thing after all.
