- Software bundling arrangements with IBM, Packard Bell-NEC, Creative Labs
- PC2PC for real time chat
- Real time voice communication capabilities: new web-based revenue opportunites from banner and audio advertising
- Voice-enabled online retailing
- N2P stands to gather the lion's share of $23 billion internet telephony market in 2003
- Revenue increasing at triple digits rate
- Softbank, AOL, GE minority owners
- Most of all, Top notch WS underwriting firms: H&Q, BT Alex Brown, Bear Stearns.
