Agree with most of what you said but where did you get this?

I've read that about 80% is long term paper.

Again, I am not a Trumper, but it's sad that he wanted to do 100 year bonds when rates were at record lows but the Dems wouldn't let him because it was him. So much of what he wanted to do or actually started has turned out to be the right thing. They shot the messenger and ignored the messages.
China, illegal immigration, Germany depending on Russia for gas, fiscal debt. The guy's an a$$ as far as personality but he had good common sense when it came to finance and policy.
