Also checkout the Yahoo message board. You will see that many of the "old myths" about this company have been addressed.

For instance the biggest misrepresentation is the "30 years -- no product" that is brought out every time the short sellers can't dispute the current evidence of impending commercialization. The REALITY is that since the ORIGINAL Edwin Land patent (1934) more advanced types of high-molecular-weight polymers have been developed. The CURRENT technology has been CULMINATION of an effort by REFR scientists to overcome technological roadblocks from the clumping of particles in an electrical field to the development of a film version (1992 - 4 years after REFR went public) in which droplets of the suspending liquid containing the particles are distributed in a cross-linked matrix. Getting licensees to commit to the expense of ramping up (including finding suppliers for the raw materials, purchasing equipment and hiring additional personnel ) also took many turns but IS NOW IN PLACE!!!

Anyone who bothers to just pick up the phone and call or send a email to the company is going to be richly rewarded. This company is at the end of a long and arduous task of bring SPD products to market and it's all GRAVY from here on out.
