Thanks. I also believe they were referring to flat-to-lower sequential earnings, not year-over-year. Given the current inflation and Y2K jitters, where do you see INTC bottoming out?

Prior to the run-up in mid-97, INTC's P/E fluctuated around 15 for seven years, barely reaching as high as it is at present.

At worst, if INTC returns to it's historic P/E norm of 15, price would fall to 30. At best, I would guess sideways from here in a range with current price near the high end.
