Since I read some Japanese I checked on the original - tried to copy the kanji into my reply here, but unfortunately it didn't work - but here is the original Japanese correctly translated and with it my reply:

 Above being what this translates into - so literally – from higher level Japanese.

So what you want to tell me by linking me to this quote seem to be, that this came from above and you have no influence at all on it (whatever it means here).
