I don't think so. If I recall correctly, the DOW and broader markets also plummeted that day, due to forward looking comments by IBM's CEO in the conference call afterward. Apparently his stick is almost as big as Alan Greenspan's when commenting. I don't recall the gist of it, just some uncertainty about future earnings. Anybody know the scoop?
