I'd like clarification on what the design transfer language specifically refers to... We know that licenses are separate for modem cards and handsets and infrastructure, etc. - and this one is specifically for modem cards... This is for 1xev - presumably for both evdo and evdv?? Would MOT have incentive to secure this license now if they didn't have a customer soon??
