What parts does AHA make for MOT phones? Is it the PA or the receiver? Are they getting design wins with the new digital phones or the older analog phone designs?

I am just surprised to hear that MOT is buying GaAs from an outside vendor. They have the capability in-house, and a culture of sourcing from within.
