New Tel, what a great ADR scam. Ray Dirks, Thomas Heysek, Mark Hake, Peter Malone and whole crew of crooks such as Ted Melcher of Systems of Excellance fame. The SEC must not be doing anything because they enjoy the daily New Tel funnies with their morning donut. U.S. Investors have lost millions in this scam and the crooks keep on doing it.
