George & All:

I spoke to Don Evans yesterday. He said that he is a shareholder of PTV and he does not expect it to trade for six months or so. He said they are trying to put together another project but have nothing so far.

He said that there is no ACCY for PTV exchange and suggested I talk to Mr. Purdy at PTV. Also, PTV owns all of ACCY and maybe I could work out something with them (I doubt it).

He had no information and wondered how & why I called him.

I beleive we should all follow up with Mr. Purdy to exert any pressure possible to get some type of share swap. I would rather settle for a little piece of something instead of a big piece of nothing.

Any thoughts??
