Stock manipulation is without a doubt, going on here. The off-shore funds just will not budge until they convert their full 100% position.

This manipulation is not good for investors like myself that bought the stock around 9 and 10 and saw profits evaporate when the stock hovered between the 12-16/ share level. However, for NEW investors its a GOLDEN opportunity, because, you can accumulate a large position without influencing the price and your downside is protected by these off-shore funds because they lose money if the stock dips under $5.50.

So buy all you can because when they let go , watch out, the stock may recover all its losses in a 2 or 3 days and find itself above $10 again.

KNIC warrants are not a good play here because there are only a few left( 40,000). Many have already been converted.
