Don't overlook that a form 144 is an intent to sell, not a sell. The price listed is the price listed on the form 144 is the current price, not the price the stock will be when they sell (if they sell). Maybe these guys are anticipating a rise in price that they want to take advantage of??? We really won't know how much inside stock is sold until the form 4's are filed and that's a month later.

Also, the March issue of Smart Money Magazine lists Diamond as one of their 10 stocks to own for $20 and under.
