Yes, encircling China is Trump's plan. Ideally Russia would be part of it, but our NatSec establishment is so invested in demonizing Russia that he'll have to drop that part.

The real prize would be to bring North Korea to our side. Unify Korea, they'd love us for it. Game over for China.
