Kevin, I said hundreds of fulfillment centers will install SPD windows for InspecTech.
They do not work FOR in the sense you mean. I am sure they also have similar relationships with folks who supply airplane seats and other components. I see no need to name them. Understand that InspecTech is not a brand new company. It has been around and has been selling other products and services that they do to aircraft, often using the same fulfilment centers. Want names? Do the homework and call them and ask.
While you are at it, ask Coca Cola to give you a list of the tens of thousands (or more) places where others sell their product. I have no such need. I realize that Coca Cola makes plenty of money selling their product and shares some of the profits with others that do part of the work, including selling it.
I question your highly selective condemnation of InspecTech for putting out information. You insist it is to promote REFR and your definition of PROMOTE is a highly odd one. You imply they are doing something fraudulent.
Really? If you believe that, you are either highly biased or a fool.
Many, I would say most, companies actively promote themselves. They want clients and potential clients to do more business with them. If a car company adds a new line, or even just a new color, it tries to mention that in the places where it makes sense. Nothing evil there. In some cases, stockholders of a company can take action if the company does not properly advertise or promote itself.
InspecTech wants to get the word out about what it does. They use many avenues. I read an article in a magazine oriented toward aviation types, for example. The goal is to open doors so clients ask for their services and they make money.
Read the news release and note that REFR is mentioned as the owner of the technology or licenses. It would be very unfair for them to talk about selling SPD products without mentioning who they license the technology from. Nobody is asked to buy REFR. They are told of progress by InspecTech and their intention of entering another market. Perhaps they can show a copy to a company that does install improvements to military planes and is interested in working with InspecTech.
If you insist all "promotion" efforts are somehow evil, then ask people like Asensio why they promote themselves so much?
Your logic continues to escape me.
Admit that you are just upset any time REFR gets any positive mention that may counter some of the efforts of the shorts to bring the price lower despite the reality that they are shifting from a preparation phase to a product phase just when you shorts need to cover.
Consider the business model. REFR plans on not being a manufacturer. It will license many others to do all the grunt work and collect a percent as royalties from the final stage. The result may well be that there will be dozens of companies PROMOTING themselves and including the REFR name in their press releases so that it shows up when you search for news about REFR.
Nothing you can do will stop that. No rules are being broken. Live with it and act accordingly. I do. |
