Actually it has been reproduced- to a certain extent- theoretically. See, for example, the experiments with amino acids in liquids and primitive atmospheres and energy (miller apparatus), as well as many other experiments dealing with the what scientists theorize might have been in the primordial soup. Of course these are mere theories- the evidence is for the theories about the primordial soup not evidence OF the primordial soup (which no longer exists).
