The annual report would be addressed, "Dear Plaintiff...." At this valuation, any CEO who would pump up the stock is just asking for the above scenario. Mr. Koogle has nothing to gain by making positive statements about the stock, but he can tell the truth about the company, which does have a great future. Added a little more short on the "Koogle Bubble" Zebra
