What this stock needs is a strong institutional supporter or two. Hopefully, this support is building up, considering the stock price and fundamentals. I doubt very much that letters to SEC will help
this process. Rather, this will create an atmosphere in which CYMI will become known as a stock being manipulated, making it unattractive to an average investor.

Calls for investigation are aimed at punishing the previous CYMI supporters (Mont, Needham, etc) for their "change of heart". Actions of analysts and houses they represent are frequently unethical, but they are not necessarily illegal. There are plenty of examples for analysts touting a stock, then suddenly changing their opinion - look at Kurlac (spelling) and swings in the prices of MU and INTC.

Just my opinion.
