I don't mean it shouldn't be debated...

but at some point the point is made. Endlessly going back and forth over what kind of a company is boring. Besides Apple may be listening but not to that debate.

So you buy or sell based on the fact that Apple is not going to build low profit machines, at least in the near future.

There are three different kinds of businesses:

High profit/Low cash Flow

High profit/High cash flow

Low profit/High cash flow

Businesses in the middle change or die.

Apple is not a computer company, it's a design company, it's product is it's design expertise, the rest is generic. Design is a high profit business.

Dell sells generic products. It's a retailer. Retail is a low profit cash flow business.
