A few questions:
-MFG.F: the shares that trade, am I correct in assuming that these are the 3% of the float that is not owned by Sasamat and KHDH?
-the minority interest on KHD's income statement does not match the equity income on the income statement or the change in equity investment on Sasamat's balance sheet (even with Fx conversion). Is it possible that there are other minority interests that are losing money?
-the way i see it, KHD can buy roughly $10mm USD in earnings by acquiring the rest of Sasamat for $32mm USD assuming a $10 purchase price? Seems like a no brainer.
- the only issue that i can see is that KHD measures their performance by EBT and a purchase will not enhance EBT.
-I think that the recent acquisition of the additional 590,000 shares by KHD bodes well.

Thoughts?
