UPDATE: 150 page report on 'JVAG' is now at draft stage and being reviewed. It took a lot of research and documents many breaches of Ontario Securities Act, Canada Business Corporations Act and Mongolian legislation. Copies are being reviewed in Mongolia and North America before release free-of-charge. The shareholders and regulators will then need to decide what to do. I shall post a few extracts shortly.
