I will not chase overvalued stocks, Quick comparisons to Oct 99 - Apr 00 liquidity bubble People will trade obsessively ST on the long side until the tax man commeth. I would have to believe this rally could go on through next three tax payments due dates in DEC JAN and APR 02. I would have to assume large amounts of capital will have be withdrawn from market to pay taxes on long winnings. Money and rates are more plentiful now then in 99 so moves will be stronger IMO. You can borrow money form brokerages @ 5% and make 5% in one day. It is hard to reverse this trend IMO.
