Good work Harry! A Form 144 is filed to register an intention to sell restricted stock. The filing of a Form 144 opens the door for an individual to sell the shares but does not definitively indicate that an actual sale of the shares will occur or has occurred. The registration papers indicate that Case intended to sell the shares on the New York Stock Exchange on Feb. 25, 1998. BT Alex. Brown was listed as the broker for the sale. Will not be surprised if Alex Brown's analyst will reiterate strong buy recommendation to get best price for Steve Case. AOL at this posting is heading north.
