Ron , you got an equivalent of 25 % of IOMEGA stock in options etc. That means if you have about 40 - 50 % in long term investors , that the rest of 25 - 35 % buyers have only equivalent and not more influence than all those shorts etc . and shorts and MM will determine the price . Read some of the stories in older replies here about what $ this means to all the MM involved - a small move and they make millions , so if they can - and do - determine the price ,they will . That in general came out in the recent scandal about the NASDAQ . As long there is not much ' news ' coming out and those day buyers bounce in or out .I also think that IOMG has gotten such a notority as a stock - being the first really publicized over the internet eg Motley's Fools and others ( CABOT ) , that some of the people workong on Wall Street got very offended and scared by the possibility that they have not that much influence over stock news and stock info and I think that evaluate IOMG more critically than any other stock therefore . Again - my humble opinion . Wal.
