Tim, very interesting! I suspected as much. Leave it to a rich opportunistic content provider like Disney to point the way. But it is the development companies like Pulte that must carry the ball IMO, because only new communities will really be able to capture the intrinsic value in this technology through economise of scale and self-selection of customers in order to maximize property values and limit free rider problems. Such communities will become the envy of the world. Wish I had a trading station there!
