Re- 'Not only are the stock futures tanking, but so is the price of gold and silver!!' From LEVERAGE to LIQUIDATION? This is fascinating to watch. It seems Bear Stearns had a bank run. Firms removed their money and quit trading- demanding more collateral from them all last week. It wasn't a run on the bank in the sense of customers lining up around the block to withdraw their money- but, of banks lining up- withdrawing their money. A 'run on the bank' none the less. And we were soooooo close to $22 silver <vbg>. Damn flight and hotel are already booked- I can't get out of this one. Ron
