John & Ian; From my notes, $5-7M writeoff in Q3 for goodwill. For a company in a weak balance sheet condition, small cap, in this industry, I'd put at 0.5X sales. This matches my previous calculation of $22M/yr in sales. Got a response on the EPI question just before 6:00am est (I'm impressed). The work at Mattson was on a new "single wafer" type system (larger portion of the market) and is not yet finished (as they noted). This will allow them to cover the entire ($310M) market. As Brad noted in the CC, they intend to establish a dominant position in EPI. I had a GTC order open to sell 1K shares at 7 to reduce my margin position which I canceled this morning. Think I'll hold for the next few years, based on my impression on this CC. Take Care & Have a Good Weekend, John Stewart ps.
