I believe it was clearly intentional. He was anything but stupid. And from what I hear from his friends about the level of pain he was enduring from his back injury, coupled with the recent passing of his dad. . . I would say the odds of it being a third party suicide are better than 90%.

I wonder if he ever shopped there before.
