Alan You have a couple good questions and I don't know what the answer is. Since I was told the financing didn't depend on the COC, I would assume that it also didn't require the Mine Reserve Audit and Feasibility Study but I really can't say for sure. I guess someone will have to call Dale and get a clarification, Richard.<VBG> Char
