Well, that depends.

It depends mainly on the odds of the stock going to zero. If it does, then, whether you bought at 25$ or 3$, you've still lost 100% of your investment. I would say that today's news significantly increases the odds of the stock going to zero.

I recall having a discussion about Globalstar a while ago on this thread, and getting flamed for saying that its chances were not good. As the clock ticks down (to zero cash left), they have to execute perfectly, in order to survive. If I remember correctly, the term used was "asymptotic subscriber growth".

Ain't happenin', folks.
