Justa, the mix of 40%/15% is the "expected near term" versus the immediate future. As previous post states, "15% from here" is not a direct quote, but a forecast for the next few quarters based on backlog of existing orders and anticipated orders. They don;t anticipate maintaining 15% per quarter, that is the current start-up rate as they add capacity. Later it gets to a more relaxed pace, and after that it is dependent on more developments.
