Jefferson has not been charged yet. As soon as he is, Pelosi will call for him to be sacked from congress. She has alreadys tripped him of all committee powers. Jefferson's voters are to blame, noit Dems. dems tried hard to get Jefferson defeated.

Delay was the opposite way. He himself was the biggest crook in congress and actively encouraged massive corruption as a way of doing business and selling out the American people. There are many good reasons why he is under criminal indictment. And he will probably go to prison where he belongs.
