Would you be able to lay out the steps in how to do that?

Or maybe I've already got that covered? I have a service called "Verizon Online Backup and Sharing for PC."
It backs up my hard drive every 24 hours. Backs it up to a cloud server that I can access at any time.
Is that equivalent to "imaging your hard drive"? Not sure what the term "imaging" implies
