This is a complicated, specific situation that requires a complicated expensive treatment. You are approaching it with generalities and personalities and conspiracy theories, so we really don't have much to discuss. If nothing had been done, we would be in the same position as November 1929 right now. I'll pay whatever is necessary to avoid that. Who caused it and what to do in the future to prevent it is the next chapter.
