<I'm curious about the glut of BX chipsets in the market. GTW is crying foul because of BX shortages, and BX boards are still significantly higher than they were 3 months ago.
I would also guess that since board makers are still timid about promoting Athlon boards (plain white box, etc), they must be afraid Intel will with-hold something other than the 820i. If there was a glut, older BX boards would be dirt cheap; wouldn't they?>

From what I gather this glut is a recent phenomenon (post-Christmas build). If true, the prices should start going down as you suggest - just about now. May be someone who follows the BX motherboard prices closely can comment how things have been changing since Christmas.
